Our Lodge

About FOP Lodge #95

Sworn investigators, Capitol Police, and Illinois Commerce Commission officers — bound by oath, organized as the local labor council of the Illinois Secretary of State Police.

Who we are

The local lodge of the Secretary of State Police

FOP Lodge #95 represents the men and women — active and retired — who serve as Illinois Secretary of State Police Investigators, Capitol Police officers, and Illinois Commerce Commission police. We are members of the world's largest organization of sworn law-enforcement officers, and Lodge #95 is their elected voice for collective bargaining, peer support, and community engagement in Illinois.

Our mission

Why this lodge exists

Lodge #95 was organized by Secretary of State Police members with these objectives:

1

Represent the rank and file of the Illinois Secretary of State Police as the elected local labor council for collective bargaining.

2

Promote loyalty and allegiance to the Constitution of the United States and the laws of the State of Illinois.

3

Defend the professional reputation, working conditions, and welfare of every active and retired member.

4

Build trust between our officers and the public we serve — from the Capitol Complex to neighborhoods across Illinois.

5

Care for the wellness of our members through peer support, mental-health initiatives like Project BlueLife, and direct aid in times of hardship.

6

Honor our fallen, support End-of-Watch families, and stand with retired members for the rest of their lives.

7

Invest in the next generation through scholarships, mentorship, and community programs like Cops & Bobbers.
