About FOP Lodge #95
Sworn investigators, Capitol Police, and Illinois Commerce Commission officers — bound by oath, organized as the local labor council of the Illinois Secretary of State Police.
The local lodge of the Secretary of State Police
FOP Lodge #95 represents the men and women — active and retired — who serve as Illinois Secretary of State Police Investigators, Capitol Police officers, and Illinois Commerce Commission police. We are members of the world's largest organization of sworn law-enforcement officers, and Lodge #95 is their elected voice for collective bargaining, peer support, and community engagement in Illinois.
Why this lodge exists
Lodge #95 was organized by Secretary of State Police members with these objectives:
Represent the rank and file of the Illinois Secretary of State Police as the elected local labor council for collective bargaining.
Promote loyalty and allegiance to the Constitution of the United States and the laws of the State of Illinois.
Defend the professional reputation, working conditions, and welfare of every active and retired member.
Build trust between our officers and the public we serve — from the Capitol Complex to neighborhoods across Illinois.
Care for the wellness of our members through peer support, mental-health initiatives like Project BlueLife, and direct aid in times of hardship.
Honor our fallen, support End-of-Watch families, and stand with retired members for the rest of their lives.
Invest in the next generation through scholarships, mentorship, and community programs like Cops & Bobbers.
Local roots, statewide voice, national family
Lodge #95 is chartered through the Illinois Fraternal Order of Police and the National FOP — the largest professional police organization in the country. Through our state body and the national lodge in Tennessee, our members have a seat at the table on the policy decisions that shape law enforcement in Illinois and across the nation.
Lodge #95 is a not-for-profit organization. Tax information and identification numbers are available on request to verified donors.
